2. We are to be vigilant in thanksgiving.

1. Rejoice, pray, and give thanks.
2. This is the will of God.

III. The Outcome of Prayer

1. Prayer is a vital part of taking heed and watching.

1. Stress relief - get it "off your chest."
2. You will experience God's peace through prayer.

1. We build ourselves up.
2. It keeps us in the love of God.
