3. As people - we lack nothing.

1. He is God - not a human, nor having human tendencies
2. He has made us - if not for Him we would not exist.
3. We belong to Him - His people, His flock.

II. Shower Him With Adulation.

A. Enter gates with thanksgiving - cities, towns, fences, all belong to Him.

B. Enter courts with praise - the buildings and house are His.

C. Remember to thank Him (cf. Romans 1: 21).

D. His name is to be blessed (not used in vain)!

III. Why Should We Sing And Be Thankful?

A. He is good.

1. No evil is within Him.
2. He "treats you right."

B. He is merciful.

1. He is not intentionally vengeful.
2. His mercy never ends - to those who repent.

C. He tells the truth.

1. He does not lie, nor deceive.
2. His word is applicable today and tomorrow as it was yesterday.

Conclusion:

A. We Have Much To Thank God For.

B. Are We Being Thankful?

1. Sing and praise Him all day and week long?

2. Being thankful at all times for all things (Ephesians 5: 20)?
