B. They reasoned in their hearts.

1. Gave consideration to what he was doing.
2. Listened to what he said.

C. Did not assume.

II. The Teaching of The Christ.

A. He is the greater.

1. He is more powerful.
2. He is more worthy.

B. Difference in baptism.

1. John baptized with water.
2. Jesus baptize with Spirit and fire.

C. Cleansed Kingdom.

1. The good and the bad are mixed together.
2. He will separate.
3. The good gathered into shelter.
4. The bad will be destroyed.

III. An Example of Evil.

A. Herod was improperly married - she was his niece and was the former wife of brother.

B. Adds evil upon evil.

A. Jesus is baptized.
