Body: Ephesians 1: 7 - 12

I. We Have Redemption In Him.

A. Jesus blood bought us out of slavery to sin.

1. He came to save us from our sins (Matthew 1: 21).

2. He became our ransom (Matthew 20: 28).

B. Our sins are forgiven.

1. We are delivered from sin's penalty (Romans 3: 25).

2. We are reconciled with God (2 Corinthians 5: 18).

C. God's grace is shown abundantly.

II. We Have Unity In Him.

A. This is what God purposed.

B. What was scattered is now gathered.

1. Just as seed is scattered, His people have been scattered.

2. Just as the harvest is gathered, His people will be gathered together.

C. Bringing together heaven and earth.

III. We Have An Inheritance in Him.

A. God purposed that we have an inheritance.

1. He has given us the fullest of blessing.

2. We share His "wealth."

B. We become His inheritance as well.

1. We are His possession (1: 14).

2. We are the praise of His glory.
