I. True Believers.

A. Have fellowship with God.

B. Walk in the light.

1. They are able to see things more clearly (God’s vision).

2. They understand things differently (God’s wisdom).

C. Have fellowship with one another.

D. Willing to confess sin.

E. Are protected.

1. Christ blood cleanses us from sins.

2. Our sins are forgiven.

3. We are cleansed from all unrighteousness.

II. False Believers.

A. Walk in darkness.

1. They cannot see how things really are.

2. They do not know what to do other than survive.

B. Lie and do not practice the truth.

C. Are self deceived.

1. They are fooling no one except themselves.

2. It is a fatal deception.

D. His word is not in them.

1. Live by their own knowledge.

2. They are not guided by what God says.

Conclusion:

A. Which Kind Of Believer Are You?

1. Are you a true believer headed to be with God?

2. Are you a false believer headed to be with Satan?
